Adhyayan Suman Slams Media For Labelling Him As ‘Frustrated Loser’ When He Narrated His Story Of Abuse

Veteran actor, Shekhar Suman is one of the few from the big glamour world of Bollywood, who has always been outspoken and stood up for what he believes is right. Since the sudden demise of the late actor, Sushant Singh Rajput, the senior actor has been extremely upset by the tragedy and also demanded for a CBI inquiry into Sushant’s suicidal death.

In a latest interview, Suman confessed that his son Adhyayan, (32), too has had suicidal thoughts in the past. Shekhar quoted:

Sushant was like a son to me. I can understand his father’s pain. This is because just like him, my son Adhyayan too has suffered depression and has gone through a similar phase. The film industry created several hurdles for him. Once, he even told me that he was having suicidal thoughts.

As a father, the actor feared whether his son would take any extreme steps and thus he would never leave him alone. He added,

Shekhar also recalled how it was a terrible phase in Adhyayan’s life, where as a father, he would at times peek into his room at 4am to only find his son staring at the ceiling. Nonetheless, Shekhar stood by him as a solid rock and ensured his child would fight through the ugly chapter in his life.

Now in a series of tweets from Adhyayan Suman last evening, the young boy poured his heart out what he felt towards the alleged irresponsible and biased mainstream media. The instances Adhyayan quoted were of a time few years ago, when he dared to speak out against his former partner Kangana Ranaut during the Hrithik Roshan controversy.

Adhyayan has exposed the media and entertainment industry hypocrites who were prompt to write #RIP on Sushant’s untimely death. However, he shares these were the same people who ridiculed him and dismissed his comments as a ‘failed actor’. Adhyayan wrote,

Adhyayan said how another film critic Mayank Shekhar called him the ‘biggest frustrated loser because he was not getting movies !’

Adhyayan also says not to involve Kangana in this matter, since he wants to clearly focus in exposing the pretenders who set narratives through their prime time shows.

While we must appreciate how Adhyayan has been strong to emerge successfully through many tough layers of situations and people, we must remind our readers how mainstream media is so responsible in tarnishing the reputation of several other men, because that narrative helps them get more TRPs.
